Info: CPOA provides a range of residential and health care facilities to older persons to suit most financial and health requirements. CPOA was originally formed in 1957 as a welfare organisation. In 1978 our first economic retirement complexes were constructed also to help fund the welfare component. Today we own and manage forteen health care units (frail cares). A recent innovation is our managed contracts whereby CPWOA manages body corporates in privately owned retirement villages.
